What if I decide I want a different plan?
No problem. You can switch plans at any time. Pick the plan that seems like the best fit and try it on. You can always change your mind.
What are my payment options?
Online payment methods include major credit cards and Paypal. Prepayment options are available and allow your account to be debited monthly according to your plan and number of users. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss these options.
Are there contracts or commitments?
Nope. You always can use the products for free and when you need more requests you’ll be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment info. This is billed monthly/yearly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access until that billing period is over.
How will you track my requests?
After signing up we'll email you an access token, which you'll need to pass along with all your requests. We track your request volumes against this. We'll also email you as you approach your monthly plan limit, and when you hit it.
How can I keep an eye on my request volumes?
We display a graph of your request volumes that updates every 10 minutes.
Is the API reliable?
Yes. Our API handles up to 500 million requests per day. It's hosted on aws cloud infrastructure, and automatically scales to handle demand.
